Which platforms are supported?
The app currently supports public links from TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, X and Streamable.
Each additional platform requires separate technical verification and regression testing before it can be enabled in production.
Are downloaded files stored on the server?
Files are prepared only temporarily so the download can be delivered and are removed automatically after a short period.
The service does not run user accounts and does not keep a per-user download history.
Does the user upload cookies or other files?
No. The user does not upload personal cookie files or any other files to the service.
If a source platform requires extra verification, the service relies only on the controller's own technical files or may temporarily be unable to handle that item.
What are the service limits?
The app works only with public content that can be technically accessed by the supported tooling.
We do not guarantee permanent availability of every platform, every format or uninterrupted service.
Who is responsible for downloaded content?
The user is responsible for making sure they have the right to download, store and further use the selected content.
The service owner provides a technical tool and does not assume copyright ownership or responsibility for external media.
How should issues or abuse be reported?
Before public launch, add the final support and abuse contact channel here.
A dedicated email address or form should be provided for technical issues, legal notices and abuse reports.
