Controller and scope
The controller responsible for data processed in connection with downloader.botautomater.pl is the entity operating botautomater.pl.
This policy covers the public website, API endpoints and the temporary preparation of files for download.
What data we process
The service does not run user accounts, registration forms or user file uploads. The user provides only a public link and receives a prepared download file.
In practice we process only the minimal technical data needed to handle the request and keep the service secure, such as IP address, basic HTTP headers, browser parameters, the submitted URL and timestamps. We do not use this data to build accounts, profiles or a per-user activity history.
Purposes and legal bases
The minimal technical data needed to handle the request, prepare a file for download and protect the service is processed under Article 6(1)(f) GDPR as our legitimate interest in operating and securing the service.
Optional Umami analytics is enabled only after consent under Article 6(1)(a) GDPR and the applicable ePrivacy rules, and is used only for simple visit and page-view counting without profiling, advertising or cross-site tracking.
Cookies, localStorage and Umami Analytics
The service does not use marketing cookies. We use only required localStorage entries to remember your privacy choice and whether optional analytics should remain blocked or enabled.
After consent we enable self-hosted Umami analytics limited to simple visit and page-view counting. We do not create user profiles, combine this data with other services or use it for advertising.
Recipients, retention and user rights
Only persons and entities operating the controller's infrastructure have access to the minimal technical data. Temporary download files and access tokens are removed automatically, generally within 15 minutes, and any technical server logs are kept to the operational minimum and used only for security and maintenance.
You have the right to request access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing and objection, and you may withdraw consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of earlier processing.
