Acceptance and scope of the service
By using downloader.botautomater.pl you accept these Terms of Service, the Privacy Policy and other notices published within the service.
The service provides technical analysis of public links submitted by the user and prepares files for download for the currently supported platforms and formats, without guaranteeing permanent availability of every integration.
Permitted use and user obligations
The user agrees to use the service only in compliance with applicable law, the rules of the relevant platforms and the rights they hold to the content they want to download or reuse.
It is prohibited to use the service for copyright infringement, circumvention of safeguards, unauthorized access attempts, excessive automated load on the infrastructure or any other unlawful activity.
No user file uploads
The service does not require the user to upload cookie files, browser sessions or any other files. The user does not submit their own login data for third-party platforms to the service.
If a platform requires additional verification on the source side, the service relies only on the controller's own infrastructure and technical files or may temporarily be unable to handle that item.
Availability, changes and liability
The service is provided on a best-effort basis. The controller may temporarily limit, modify or disable selected features for technical, legal, security or organizational reasons.
The controller is not responsible for content hosted by external services, decisions made by the operators of those platforms, content unavailability, data loss on third-party platforms or damages resulting from use of the service in breach of law or third-party terms.
